A Faster Way Through
It moves. So can you.
If you’ve been reading along, you may have noticed something.
Whatever is affecting your clarity isn’t consistent.
Some moments feel normal, even clear.
Others feel slightly off, without a clear reason.
We are influenced by many things every moment: space weather, inner states, and broader systems shaping human perception.
Some natural, a lot man-made.
That inconsistency creates our human experience, especially now when everything is shifting.
And more importantly, it means there’s something you can work with to restore your state.
You may notice a lot of approaches focus on understanding. Trying to map everything out before doing anything about it.
That can be useful, but it’s not always necessary.
You don’t need to track every detail or monitor yourself all day. Most people don’t.
What I’ve found more useful, and faster, is this:
You don’t need a complete explanation to stop something from affecting you.
What matters more is simple recognition. Knowing what it feels like when things are clear, and noticing when they aren’t.
Even loosely.
From there, the work isn’t about trying harder to get back to clarity. It’s about addressing what is interfering with it.
When that interference is removed, things tend to settle on their own.
Clarity doesn’t need to be rebuilt. It’s already there.
It just holds differently when there’s less working against it.
This is where my work has been moving.
Less about unpacking everything,
more about working with what is active right now.
